DAY 1- Pick up from hotel.
After breakfast, drive to LAKE Manyara National Park entrance gate (about 125km/2-3hours), make payments and registration then drive into the park wich is only 205sq miles in size. This park is noted for its beautiful and incredibly lush acacia forest and giant fig trees also mahogany with 400 species of birds.  Have full game driving around the park  throwing your eyes around to see wildlife animals therein.

Animals to see in this park are various types of monkeys, lots of Bird  spicies  like Flamingos, Ostrich, also big animals, Climbing trees Lions, Maasai Giraffe, Zebra, wildebeest etc. You will as well have a closer look of lake Manyara (which carries the name of the park) which is found below the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

In the afternoon going to picnic site to have lunch from the lunch boxes. Then proceed with game driving around the park before exiting back to the camp/lodge (Panorama Camp) for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: Into the Ngorongoro Crater
Have an early breakfast at 6:00am, drive about 45 minutes to Ngorongoro National park gate, do registration and make payments of park fees, then drive into the park, enjoy full game driving down the CRATER floor, the largest unflooded and unbroken Calderon in the World (Of 19.2km in diameter, 610m deep and 304sq  km in area). You will see Maasai (Normad people)  Culture   with their huts, cows and goats. They are the only nomadic people allowed to live in the park. Also they are allowed to take their animals into the CRATER floor for water and grazing but not allowed to live or cultivate in there.

In the CRATER floor highly do expect to  spot all the big five animals, Lions, Rhinoceros (black rhinos), Buffalo, Leopard also Hippopotamus, small mammals, larger population of wildlife of up to 25,000 predominantly grazing animals. Different species of birds, duck, Lesser flamingos, crowned cranes and ostrich. This is the World Heritage,  the first skull of the Zinjanthropus, commonly known as (Nutcracker Man) who lived about 1.75 million years ago was found in there.        
Warmly welcome, enjoy your lunch time to the picnic site at the  CRATER floor.
Proceed with the game driving before exiting the CRATER floor to the camp site (Ngorongoro  Simba Camp), at the top of Ngorongoro Crater, have dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Serengeti National park
Early breakfast at 6:30am, driving to Serengeti National park about 181km/2hrs. Serengeti national park has its majestic endless plain with 6900sq miles(18000sq km) area. Game driving en route from Ngorongoro Crater Gate (Olduare). Serengeti is very famous national park in Tanzania, known as endless plain landscape. Full day game driving around the park with an option of doing balloon ride over Serengeti late afternoon after lunchtime.
This park is known as the best sights for the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of plains animals, principally Wildebeest and Zebra in clockwise direction.
Its the home of Lions and other Predators like Cheetahs, Leopards and hyenas. Crocodiles found in Grumeti River also hippopotamus(Kiboko).
Finally going back to your camp for dinner and overnight (Seronara campsite/Pimbi campsite).

DAY 4: Sunrise in Serengeti
Early in the morning at 5:00am have a cup of coffee with a Bush breakfast while game viewing sunrise in Serengeti. Then drive across the Serengeti, the vast plains in a search of Migration corridor depending on the time which could be remote North corridor of Serengeti, Mara River (130km from Seronera) near the border of Kenya Maasai  Mara or  in other way could be in the Southern corridor, Grumet River (Ndutu Area with 2 million larger animals as well as 500 species of birds).
In the end proceed to the the camp Lobo about 60km/1hour, have dinner and overnight there.

DAY 5: A day of goodbye
On this day after breakfast 6:00am drive about 424 km/6-7hours  across Serengeti towards Ngorongoro National park, continuing viewing game while existing the park then stopping at Karatu for lunch, back to your hotel of choice at Arusha/Moshi City.
Overnight and proceeding with another time table.
